pages read this summer: 4,984 (19 books)
i'm particularly proud of that last number, as i finally clutched the opportunity to knock out some classics i'd been meaning to this summer, particularly crime & punishment, 100 years of solitude, and steppenwolf. i decided early on to keep track of the books i would read this summer, and one of the very few aspects of college i'm going to dislike is the dearth of time for leisurely reading
