*I intend to write a dissertation in an upcoming post justifying my excessive consumerism, or at least trying to do so^. My desire to do this is two-fold. First, it would be introspectively valuable to try and defend in print these purchases. Secondly, if anyone from my Global Exchange Reality Tour to Ecuador read my blog and saw such careless consumerism, they might be disappointed. The other day Bobby called me an idiot for buying a new pair of shoes; in my defense, they were pretty fresh.
^I can't guarantee said post will be published, seeing that I tend to procrastinate until the last minute when my college coursework is due, and am rarely motivated to blog.
