To those mentioned in the title, my heart goes out to you. I've apologized countless times in person, and I truly understand your frustration. BUT the problem has been fixed! Yes, that means no more accidental phone calls!
Allow me to recount the story for all:
It had been a long night, in many senses, and to be honest I don't quite remember the outcome. Anyway, when I awoke one weekend morning, my Blackberry phone had lost the "lock" feature. I was unsure of where it went, but didn't bother to think twice about it. Over the course of the next two months or so, I don't hesitate to claim that I've probably made over 200 accident phone calls from my pocket, most without my knowledge. The worst part is that they all went to the same individuals due to the placement of the keyboard buttons. After stopping at the mall yesterday, I finally decided that then was a good time to ask an AT and T dealer what was up with it. Turns out there's a "show all" tab that displays all features.
